    Check-in begins at 1 pm..... check-out by 11 am.  You can request a late check out, however if there is a person with a reservation for your spot, you can understand when we say we can not accommodate that.  Thank you for understanding.

    Please.... 5 mph.  We have tight roads, blind corners and driving slowly is important for everyone's safety.  Please only drive on roadways and keep off empty sties.

    You are responsible for the action and safety of your children and guests.  Children must always be adult supervised.  We do not have a designated area for kids to play, and due to the narrow streets and such, we ask no bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters or similar equipment to be used on Park streets.  There are nearby schools, roads and parks to use.

    Pets are welcome.  Please keep your dog under your control.  Not all visitors are fans of dogs and we must work together to keep the Park a safe and clean environment for everyone.  Pets are not permitted in any of the buildings, or BBQ area.  Please do not leave your pet unattended outside your home.  And, please do not leave your dog unattended inside your unit if they are going to bark continuously while you are gone.  

    In the middle of the park is a building that houses the Laundry facility and two bathrooms.  Each door is keyless entry.  Please be mindful that we are many who use these facilities.  Be timely, clean and courteous for those who will be following your use. 

    Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

    Please keep your site clean and tidy.  No clothes lines, hammocks, ropes or items to be attached to trees.  No storing of items under your RV.  The use of generators is not permitted except in the case of prolonged power outage.  We understand the need to turn on  your RV and charge batteries and such; please be mindful of the time you do this.

    Cancellations received 7 days and less to your arrival date will be charged for the first night of the reservation.

    Feel free to bring your pet at no additional charge... just clean up after them. 


    If there are more then 2 people in your party, $4.00 per person per night in addition.  No tents or sleeping outside of your unit is allowed.

    July 1, 2023 - Monthly: $850.00 plus electricity.  ($200 deposit against electricity.  No other discounts apply).


    Nightly effective June 2023:

         $ 60 - 30/50 amp           

    Plus Room Tax 6%


    Rates include 2 people.  $4.00 per additional person per night. 


    A credit card is needed at the time of making a reservation.


    *Good Sam Memberships receive a 10% off nightly stays!  Don't have a Good Sam Membership?  Ask the office and buy it when you check in and starting saving this trip!

     ** Nightly and weekly stays are restricted to 15 years old and newer. 

    ***Monthly rates are based on actual calendar months.
    ****All monthly check-ins will require a proof of registration and insurance.  RVs/Travel Trailers, etc. must be 15 years old or newer. Vehicle/home must be self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition. Exceptions are only at the discretion of management. View all guidelines and policies.

    ***** Cancellations inside 7 days to your arrival will be charged the first night rate.
